A day to focus on the Very Important Person you see every day in the mirror-YOU.

Tracy will create a customized 1/2 day experience for you to clear the clutter that is getting in your way so you can make room for the new, begin to crowd out the "bad" with good habits and step into your wellness journey.


  • Learn what you need to get started on your journey to overall wellness and the long-term results you want and deserve

  • Create a list of easy-to-implement action steps (we will create together) to keep you on your path

  • A beneficial and fun experience to consider new habits that are easy for you to implement beyond our time together

  • Get a taste of what it's like to work with me as your coach
