Building an Active Lifestyle in our
Finger Lakes Community

Nature has a profound impact on overall health and wellness. Getting outside and immersing yourself in nature is a great way to help you feel more grounded, improve mood, reduce stress and anxiety and align your mind, body and soul.

The Finger Lakes area of Upstate New York is the ultimate playground with boundless opportunities for connecting with nature.  Whether you love hiking, biking, kayaking, camping, or are looking for some relaxation and rejuvenation, you can take advantage of a variety of natural wonders in the Finger Lakes Region.

To help you lead a healthier, more fulfilling life, I encourage everyone to incorporate spending time in nature as a part of their wellness journey.

Biking

Mountain, Gravel or Road Biking trails and routes abound in the Finger Lakes. Biking can be enjoyed solo, with friends or the whole family. Try the Black Diamond Trail between Trumansburg and Ithaca for a scenic, flat trail where you don't have to deal with traffic. Ontario Pathways and the Erie Canal path are also great for family adventures on bikes.
