Join Tracy for a 4-session, small-group, mini-series to learn some easy, fun and effective stress relief tools. What better time to get a handle on this, as we are getting back to our busy lives, entering the hectic spring and summer seasons of big life events and celebrations?
Stress can come from aspects of life such as work or career, relationships, money, spirituality (lack of), or balancing any or all of these things, and stress affects our health. We will start by reviewing the effects of stress on our body. You will leave each session with practical tools you can implement for stress manangement. This is a chance to proactively improve your health and wellness!
