About the event

A Spring Retreat is in the works for us this year!

Tracy Altman, Owner of Mind Your Wellness Coaching and the Lavender & Grace community are collaborating for a day of enlightenment to nurture your mind, body and spirit. This is an opportunity to connect with your internal compass, to connect with nature, and to connect with each other.

We invite you to spend the day with us on Saturday, May 21st. We are planning for some light movement including Yoga and trail-walking, as well as an opportunity to summon your crafty side with some painting and planting.  We also want to empower you with some simple stress-management techniques through the use of aromatherapy and Meridian Tapping. Please feel free to extend this invite to a friend or two who may want to join you!

We are thrilled to facilitate this special day for women to reconnect and re-root into our ability to present our best selves to the world. Considering what we have all been through in the past couple of years, this retreat will be a soul-healing experience for us all.

Ticket Availability & Price:

Registration is open to 30 participants. Ticket price includes a light breakfast and lunch, painting and planting supplies (a take-home anchor to remind you of the experience!) and yoga in a beautiful environment conducive to mental restoration.

· Early registration: $55 per person / Before April 1st, 2022

· Full Registration: $65 per person / After April 1st, 2022

· Registration for the retreat closes on May 1st, 2022

9:15-9:45         Light / Beginner Yoga

9:45-10:00       Breakfast

10:00-11:00     Painting

11:00-12:00     Aroma Freedom Technique

12:00-12:30     Lunch

12:30-1:30       Trail Walking

1:30-2:30         Stress Management Techniques with Meridian Tapping

2:30-3:30         Flower Planting

3:30-4:00         Craft Your Own Organic Tea’s

4:00-5:00         Social / Enjoy the grounds
