EFT Meridian Tapping

Meridian Tapping is an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) shown to be beneficial for stress management, food cravings, anxiety, PTSD, alleviate emotional pain, physical pain, anxiety and many other dis-eases.

Tapping combines ancient Chinese acupressure (literally tapping lightly on specific meridian points of the body) with modern psychology (reciting certain statements that help us focus on the stress, the challenge, whatever is going on in our lives) to help transform limiting beliefs, so we can let go of the thoughts and beliefs that don’t serve us anymore.
